Digital Horizon announced the production and delivery of new generation high efficiency digital TV transmitter based on the Doherty technology. The Symphony-600(800) RF transmitters are rated for pre-filter power levels of 600 to 800 W_rms, providing high quality, broadcast grade performance for all available Digital Terrestrial TV Standards such as DVB-T2, DVB-T/H, ATSC, ISDB-T, ATSC, CMMB, DTMB and 2 to 2.7 KW_ps for Analog TV. The Symphony-600 provides wideband performance over the UHF Broadcast band with state of the art Parallel Technology. The Symphony-800 featuring Doherty Technology with unbalanced RF drive, offers unprecedented efficiency at 40% or better, with significant energy savings for the Broadcaster. High efficiency means high reliability, long life and reduced electricity consumption, therefore operating costs. Fast and easy system set-up is now possible thanks to the built-in, automatic pre-correction circuitry.
